 I am so happy to announce the newest addition to our Bakery Departments: Bad Boy Brownies! For those of you who are thinking to yourself, “Ah, this is just another brownie,” THINK AGAIN! If that was the case then we wouldn’t call them Bad Boy! For all you chocolate lovers out there this is the  The wait is finally over! Our highly anticipated second offering in the SKS Estates line of wines, Ruby Cabernet, is in stores now! SKS Estates is a product of a partnership we’ve developed with Brad and Aric Schmiling and the von Stiehl Winery. The first SKS wine to hit our shelves was Sapphire Riesling, which  Festival will now feature a new in-store Natural Foods ad. We call it the Orange Sheet and it will be placed near the entrance of each store beside our current Green Sheet. The new Orange Sheet will also feature  About a year ago Festival began a partnership with Krueger Wholesale Florists. Since then, Krueger has been supplying us with all of our fresh cut flowers. I believe that our stores now have some of the nicest looking and longest lasting flowers available. But, where are they grown and  I was born and raised in Wisconsin but have never really been a cheese lover–bet you don’t hear that every day! The truth is that I love pizza and can’t pass up a good taco filled with cheese, but snacking on chunks of cheese is not something I’ve done. That changed recently as I began  Part of my daily life as Festival’s dietitian is to work with different community groups and attend nutrition-related events across the state. These events give me the opportunity to meet many of our awesome guests and spread the message of good health and nutrition! This past weekend, Robb Pretasky, Festival’s Natural & Organic Director (and  Eggshells have been described as a perfect package. Why then do we need to refrigerate them? If you have traveled in Europe you may have noticed that eggs are not refrigerated. If you have eaten an omelet in Paris, you probably noticed the center was “runny.” That’s Paris. We refrigerate eggs to keep the bacterial  Before my kids started Pre-K, we were already thinking about college—not necessarily where they’d go to school, but rather how we planned to pay for it. That’s right—by joining the Upromise program, you can save dollars for college when Hugely Successful Huge in that more than 200 Festival associates attended the three-day event, 39 of whom had never attended before. Successful in that we were able to offer a wider variety of workshops, speakers, and breakout sessions than in previous years. Hugely successful in that every single attendee walked away with the focus and  We’ve recently completed “pizza resets” in all of our stores. What does that mean, exactly? It means we reviewed our current pizza offerings and asked ourselves if we were providing enough options to keep our guests truly happy.
