If you are one of the thousands of Americans planning on “Homegating®” this weekend for the big game, then you’ve come to the right place. We all know that the best parties involve a great line up of snacks to nosh on, but it can be intimidating (and expensive!) to come up with fun food ideas that will please a crowd.
Thankfully, we have you covered! Not only are we giving away an awesome gift pack of Wholly Guacamole® goodies (check out the picture below to take a sneak peek at just a few of the items you could win!), but I also have a stellar recipe to share at your upcoming Super Bowl party! Using our deceivingly- good-for-you Sprouted Grain Pizza Crust as the base, we pile this pizza high with tasty salsa, creamy guacamole, onions, peppers, corn, and loaded-with-flavor feta cheese. Even the biggest deep fried chicken wing lover in your group won’t mind that this adapted California Confetti Pizza is loaded with heart healthy fats (from the guacamole) and fiber (from the whole grain crust and vegetables). After one bite, the only thing they’ll be talking about is how to get more!
Want to win that great prize pack I mentioned before? To enter your name in the drawing, simply leave a comment below describing your favorite Super Bowl snack! We’ll be picking one random winner by 8pm today. Good luck!
Ingredients
- 4 oz. Wholly Guacamole dip (classic or pico de gallo)
- 1 Sprouted Grain Pizza Crust (from our deli!)
- 1/2 cup of corn kernels, fresh or canned
- 1/2 cup Wholly Salsa® dip (mild, medium or hot)
- 1/2 cup onions
- 1/2 cup green or red pepper
- 1 cup Feta Cheese
- 1 Tbsp. oregano
Instructions
This pizza is so incredibly easy to make! First, start off by spreading a thin layer of salsa over our incredibly convenient Sprouted Grain Pizza Crust. Next, add the Wholly Guacamole® for a deliciously creamy second layer of sauce (this flavor combination is amazing!).

Then start loading on the toppings! We’re talking the corn, onions, bell pepper, cheese, and oregano! I added a little extra salsa on top just for good measure, but that step is optional
!

Bake at 400⁰F until cheese is lightly browned – or 10 minutes. Enjoy!

Skinny buffalo balls!!
Here are your ingredients:
Recipe adapted from Pennies on a Platter and Food Network
3 cups shredded cooked chicken
1/3 cup favorite hot sauce
3 1/2 oz. fat-free cream cheese, softened
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1/4 cup green onions, chopped
1/2 cup all-purpose flour (you won’t use all of it)
2 eggs, lightly beaten
3 cups Corn Flakes cereal, crushed
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. In a large bowl, combine shredded chicken, hot sauce and cream cheese; mix well. Stir in cheddar cheese and green onions and set aside. Using 3 separate bowls, set out the flour, eggs and crushed cereal. Scoop out chicken mixture and make 1 1/2-inch balls, first rolling in flour, then dipping in egg and last coating with cereal. Repeat this until you have about 30 balls.
Place balls on sheet and bake for 20 to 25 minutes, until golden. Serve with blue cheese or ranch dressing and enjoy!
This year I’m going with green and gold festy brats with homemade sauerkraut. Tostitos with chili cheese dip, salsa. And probably some good ole wings! I’m sure there will be lots more.
Layered taco dip with tortilla chips. Yum!

I love taco cupcakes. You use wonton wrapper in cupcake pans, then layer queso dip, taco meat, cheese, then top with Wholly Guacamole.
