Not only is this baked oatmeal a speedy breakfast solution, but it’s loaded with ingredients that that will give you the energy needed to power through a busy day! Sweet bites of chopped apple, plump raisins, and heart-healthy walnuts combine with old fashioned oats to create a delicious and filling breakfast. With 9 grams of protein and 5 grams of fiber per serving, you can’t go wrong by starting your day with this Baked Apple Cinnamon Oatmeal!
