 Our Oktoberfest Brats are a summertime staple on the grill so when we were asked to provide a “healthier” alternative, we know we had our work cut out for us. Oktoberfest Brats are so moist and flavorful that we weren’t sure what would happen when we tried to reduce the fat and calories but the Summer is finally here and as you can tell by the blogs, all of us at Festival Foods are ready to start grilling.
